2010 New School Year

Well, it's that time of year again but another grade higher! Brandon starts sixth grade this year and Lucas second grade. I enjoyed having my boys home with me this past summer but alas its time for the whole school routine again. This will be Brandon's last year at Shekinah Radiance Academy. The school only goes from K-6. Justin will be doing Pre-K at home with me. Hopefully this will be a productive year:)

Summer Vacation 2010

Well we did it, we took a vacation to Hot Springs, Arkansas. We had a great time reconnecting as a family away from the tv, internet, and all the everday life that runs our life. It was so pretty there but very hot and humid. I think we all lost some weight from the amount of sweat that came off our body. The people their were very friendly and the town seemed to have a small town feel. I guess that wouldn't take much to feel that way since we live in Dallas. We got to swim, play putt-putt, take a few tours, and attend a comedy/music show. The show was great and even included Mike being asked to go on stage. I'll just say that part of it included him doing a Brittney Spears imitation. Brandon and I have not laughed that hard in a long time. Lucas couldn't even look he was laughing so hard. Thanks honey for being such a good sport. We really want to go on vacation again, we had such a wonderful time.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRANDON !!!

Wow, Brandon is 11 years old today. He is such a sweet and funny guy. He is a wonderful son and a cool big brother to both Lucas and Justin. I am so proud of the young man he is becoming. He has grown in so many ways this past year. His maturity really shows when I need him the most. Thanks Brandon for all that you do to help our family stay happy and safe LOL!!! WE ALL LOVE YOU SO MUCH.

Indoor Soccer 2008

Brandon & Lucas had an awesome season playing Indoor Soccer. Lucas' team, the Shockers, played 5 great games. Brandon's team, the Gators played well against some tough teams. The highlight of our season was that Brandon had the chance to play with the Shockers one game and Lucas had the same chance to play one game with Brandon's team. It was so cool to see the Tomerlin boys out on the court at the same time working together. Justin was a very supportive brother, making it to all the practices and games. Mike was the assistant coach to the Gators and coached the last game. He did a terrific job. We are all excited about next year's season of Indoor Soccer.

2007 Halloween

We had a great Halloween. Brandon decided to be a Nascar driver. Lucas was Vader and our little Justin was such the cutest lion.
